The purpose of this article is to present to the readers the relevance of intervention-action ofO.T. on the care of high risk infants. In order to reach this goal we initiate this with a theorical framework, that empahizes on the tone, level disfunction, the awarness state and feeding habits of the baby on one hand, and on the other, we consider the environment difficulties in terms of the class of the stimulus and the interaction pattern with the parents and other ones who have an impact on the performance of the babie's Occupational role. With this point of view we emphasize in the way that O.T. can do an intervention with the baby as it is and as an active participant of the surrounding world in which he establishes relations that make it possible his adaptation and competence and finally taking into account that during this process it should take place a dynamic relationship between the baby and the professional staff that is working with him and his parents.Downloads
